Austin Air Purifiers reviews and expert comparisons. Austin Air purifier offers HEPA filtration for allergy and asthma help.

Austin Air has five air purifier product lines, all with a brief overview and review link below. Their most popular is the Austin Air HealthMate series. These are great, overall quality machines and purify a larger space in your home compared to most other top brands. They offer HealthMate and HealthMate Plus lines. Both lines offer HealthMate Junior machines for smaller areas, like a bedroom, with all the same features. Other lines include the Allergy Machine and the Allergy Machine Junior, the Baby’s Breath Machines for nurseries, and the Pet Machine to help with pet allergies.

Austin Air purifiers have their manufacturing facility in the United States because they believe Americans still build the best. They have been an industry leader in air purifiers for over 15 years. They have the largest air purifier manufacturing facility in the world, right here in the U.S., and everything on the inside and outside of the units is made there. Not many companies can say that anymore.

Ok, we are big fans of them because they make everything in the United States, but do they make quality products? From our research, they do make quality products. The Army Corp of Engineers tested their products. After deciding Austin Air purifiers were top quality, units were sent to New York, post 9/11, for the air cleaning needs.

What makes Austin Air purifiers unique, is the use of solid steel construction and non-toxic powder coat paint, for long lasting, durable units. The filters on Austin Air products are True Medical Grade HEPA and are used in hospitals and operating rooms. The filters remove sub-micron particles, the really small allergy producing, lung irritating particles. The filters clean the air with 99.97 percent efficiency down to 0.3 microns and 95 percent down to 0.1 microns. This is the most efficient filter on the market.

There are two pre-filters to remove large and medium particles before they get to the HEPA filter. Completing the four stage filtration process is a carbon filter. Every unit has activated carbon filters to remove VOC’s, noxious gases, chemicals as well as smells and odors.

Here is an overview of each Austin Air machine.
